Return and Exchange Policy
To return or exchange an item purchased, you may ONLY bring the item back to the store where you purchased the item(s). Please follow this policy:
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt for either a full refund of the purchase price including applicable taxes or you may exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value and you will receive a refund for the difference (if applicable).
If the item you purchased was defective, you will receive a full refund including applicable taxes.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a refund. See Return Exceptions below.
Exchange and Return Period
Exchange or return your item anytime within 14 days after the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt based on the conditions described below.
Return or Refund Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, which include:
Custom products and products that have been personalized
Consumable items such as batteries
Items that are damaged or abused or had been subject to liquid damage
Items showing any clearly visible damage (e.g. the item is either broken, cracked, smashed, etc.) as a result of an external force attributable to you
Items that are missing a component or accessories, such as cords or cables
An unapproved modification added to the item, such as personalization, etching, or engraving
An unapproved item disassembly which exposes internal components of the item which are intended to remain within protective casing (e.g. electronic circuitry of a charging device)
Operating system repairs, such as installing or re-installing the software on a phone, laptop, or a tablet and virus scanning and removal.
Original Receipt
You can ONLY receive a refund or exchange if you bring the original receipt.
Refund or Exchange Policy
If you want to receive a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
Bring the item back ONLY to the physical store where you purchased the item
You must return the item within 14 days after the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt
You must have the original receipt
All components must be included, (i.e. wires, chargers, etc.). See Return Exceptions above.
If you choose to exchange the item for a more expensive item than the item you had originally purchased, then you would owe the difference in price, and if you choose to exchange the item for a less expensive item than the one you had originally purchased, then you will receive a refund for the difference.
Refund Method
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original payment.
Credit Card or Debit Card: You will receive a refund of the purchase price including applicable taxes, back to the credit card or debit card used at the time of making the purchase. This refund usually occurs within 1-10 business days of your return.
Cash: You will receive a refund at the time of making the return for the purchase price including applicable taxes in the form of cash.
